To save a nearby Indian tribe and their buddy Joe, Rocky, Colt, and TumTum must battle an awful rich hazardous waste dumper. The three Ninjas must assist with the search for Joe’s father as well as a hidden disk containing evidence that may potentially avoid the radioactive landfill from devastating the Indian population. The city, on the other hand, is controlled by a wealthy individual who has complete power over the police and even the mayor. In this nonstop ninja adventure, they must fight a street gang and renegade cowboys.
