Overview
Anna agrees to take steps after yet another anniversary passes without her partner proposing to her. She wants to accompany her lover to Dublin and ask him to marry her on February 29th, in keeping with a Celtic custom that encourages women to propose on that day. However, fate has other designs for Anna, and she finds herself on the other side of the Emerald Isle with Declan, a handsome yet aloof Irishman who might only take Anna down the path of true love.
