Overview
Charlie St. Cloud, an accomplished sailor, has his mother Claire’s love and his younger brother Sam’s admiration, as well as a college scholarship that will take him far from his sleepy Pacific Northwest hometown. His promising future, though, is cut short as disaster hits, taking his hopes along with it. Charlie is divided between keeping a vow he made four years ago and going on with newfound love after his high school classmate Tess returns home suddenly. Charlie learns that the person truly worth preserving is his own as he gathers the strength to let go of the past for good.
