When his mother and her partner relocate the family to a trailer park, Nick Twisp, a follower of Albert Camus and Jean-Luc Godard, is completely out of his depth. For Nick, who is depressed and novice, it’s love at first sight when a lovely neighbor called Sheeni plays recordings by French crooners. Nick embarks on a humorous journey to win Sheeni’s core — and room — after learning that she is seeing anyone.
