The love life of Vittoria, a glamorous literary translator residing in Rome, is chronicled in this romantic drama by Michelangelo Antonioni. Vittoria encounters Piero, a vibrant stockbroker, on the hectic floor of the Roman stock exchange after separating from her writer partner, Riccardo.
