Tina Turner – who was born Anna Mae Bullock – has discovered her passion of singing in her Church Choir in Tennessee on the basis of the life of the iconic soul singer. She travels to St. Louis for a job and meets dynamic Ike Turner who rebuilds Tina and offers her to excel. Ike and Tina took the charts by surprise as a singing pair. But as his physical aggression worsens, Tina has to decide hard to leave Ike behind.
