Jack McCall is a quick-witted literary agent who can close any contract, at any moment, in any manner. For his own selfish reasons, he has placed his eyes on New Age guru Dr. Sinja. Dr. Sinja is on to him, and Jack’s world is turned upside down when a mystical Bodhi tree grows in his backyard. A leaf falls from the tree with every word Jack says, and he knows that when the last leaf falls, both he and the tree will be toast. Words have never disappointed Jack McCall, but now he must quit talking and come up with some bizarre methods to interact, or he will perish.
