Willie Soke teams up with his furious little sidekick, Marcus, to rob a Chicago charity on Christmas Eve, fuelled by cheap booze, envy, and hate. Thurman Merman, a 250-pound ray of light that takes out Willie’s sliver of humanity, is along for the trip. When the two are accompanied by Willie’s nightmare of a girlfriend, who lifts the threshold for the gang’s desires while still lowering the bar for illegal activity, problems emerge.
