There are two realms here. There is just one fate.
A mystical species of creatures that govern the oceans and the turning of the seasons exists in the human world. One of these creatures, Chun, a young child, is looking for more—she needs to see the human universe! She then gets her opportunity at sixteen, and she turns into a dolphin in order to conquer the environment that fascinates her. But she quickly learns that it’s a scary location, and she almost dies in a vortex. Fortunately, her survival is saved when a little boy makes the ultimate choice to rescue her. She uses magic to bring him back to existence, moved by his goodness and bravery, only to discover that this strength comes at a cost. She’ll have to make her own choices on a new quest in order to preserve his spirit before it’s able to return to the human community.
