A couple of aliens come to Earth to train for war, but instead crash. Aliens Beldar and Prymatt don’t quite fuse together with the people of Paramus, N.J with gigantic cone-shaped heads, robotlike runs and a toilet paper hunger. But for some explanation, when they claim that they are from France, everybody believes them.
