Tom Dodge, a bumbling Navy captain, has been offered one more opportunity to clear his name. Dodge is assigned to the Stingray, a submarine that can scarcely stay alive, by his nemesis, Admiral Graham. To make matters worse, the Stingray will be the adversary’s flagship in future war games… To make it worse, Dodge’s crew is a bunch of knuckleheads who are far more inept than he is!
