a summary

Brad Sexton and his wife Caroline are well-off New Yorkers who are experiencing marital and financial difficulties. The latter problem becomes urgent after they learn that their accountant had embezzled millions of dollars and blamed them. Brad and Caroline are forced to flee and wind up in an Amish part of Pennsylvania, where they attempt to identify as representatives of the religious community in order to avoid the IRS. They continue to reconnect as they adjust to the simple Amish lifestyle.
