The year 1996 was dialed. The year 2016 has been addressed.
When a sound crackles through her father’s vintage, long-broken ham radio, Detective Raimy Sullivan is taken aback – it’s Frank Sullivan, still broadcasting through the airwaves and over the decades after 1996. Father and daughter, separated by twenty years, have reconnected on a level that only they can hear, yet can they rewrite the tale of their lives without jeopardizing anyone they care about?
