Overview

After it mysteriously brings a snowman to existence, a discarded silk top-hat becomes the object of a struggle between a washed-up stage magician and a community of schoolchildren. Frosty and Karen, a teenage girl he befriends, stow away on a freight train bound for the north pole, realizing that he would disappear in the spring unless he finds shelter in a warmer environment. They have no idea that the wizard is tailing them and needs his cap back!
