Overview
Kyung-chul is a dangerous psychopath who enjoys killing for the thrill of it. He has carried out heinous mass killings in diabolical forms that no one can fathom, and his victims have ranged from young adults to teenagers. He has been pursued by the authorities for a long time, but they have been unable to apprehend him. Joo-yeon, the daughter of a former police chief, becomes his victim one day and is discovered dead in a gruesome condition. Soo-hyun, her boyfriend and a top secret agent, plans to go after the killer himself. He swears to himself that he will do all in his capacity to exact gruesome revenge on the murderer, even though it entails being a psychopath himself in order to apprehend this monstrous and inhumane killer.
