Calvin and his peers, who all reside in an orphanage, come across an old pair of shoes with fading letters MJ attached to a powerline. They go and get the shoes one stormy night as Calvin and the shoes are hit by lightning. Calvin now has incredible basketball skills and has the opportunity to compete in the NBA.
