Overview
In 1937 a class picture was taken at a school in the Trastevere district of Rome. Nobody should have predicted that two of the children would make film history: producer Sergio Leone and composer Ennio Morricone. Another kid sat amongst this world-famous couple. What would have become of him? Denise Janzee took a picture of the mysterious boy back to Trastevere. A cab driver, an elderly barber, a pensioned prosecutor, a dentist, a priest, another filmmaker — these are only a few local people who puzzle the issue of Janzee. Although not everyone sees the significance. Why would you make a movie about a common citizen, because everyday people can be seen everywhere? If the image of this unknown guy progressively appears, My name Is Nobody often shows the people interviewed, the city, and a world in which celebrity is considered to be the ultimate virtue.
