You are the only line of defense for mankind.
Humanity is losing the grasp on life as a plague of epic dimensions overwhelms the world, with more afflicted than uninfected. The only goal is to locate a remedy to hold the infected confined. Lauren, a medic, arrives in Los Angeles with her crack squad to coordinate the search for uncontaminated civilian survivors, but nothing could have prepared them for the blood-soaked mayhem they see when they venture through the Californian streets, where all is a trap.
