Medical science will evolve to the extent that citizens will be able to purchase artificial organs to prolong their existence in the future. If they don’t pay, an agency called the Union will send agents to take the organs back. Remy is one of the strongest agents in the industry, but after receiving an artificial organ, he finds himself in the same predicament as his previous victims.
