Chris Kenner is a police officer assigned to the Little Tokyo neighborhood in Los Angeles. He is an American with a Japanese upbringing. Kenner is teamed up with Johnny Murata, a Japanese-American who is disconnected from his roots. Despite their disagreements, both men are skilled martial artists who use their abilities against Yoshida, a ruthless yakuza drug lord with links to Kenner’s history.
