Overview
As a Reno singer sees a gang killing, the cops hide her in a nunnery to keep her safe from the mob’s hitmen. She is distrusted by the mother superior, who takes measures to restrict her control over the other nuns. Eventually, the singer saves the collapsing chorus and starts assisting in charitable programs, earning her a TV interview—and the mob’s attention.
