Alien Eve is murdered by a half-breed after giving birth to her infant in an ambulance. Dr. Abbot, fortunately, rescues the infant alien and flees. Sara, the girl, grows up to be a stunning blonde who sets off on a mission to find a suitable friend. Sara, on the other hand, is a ruthless killer who leaves a trail of bodies in her path. Dean, a chemistry undergraduate, is undecided about helping her race because of the carnage.
