Frankie Paige, a young woman with no clear religious convictions, continues to have odd and violent hallucinations, like the wounds Jesus suffered while crucified. As the Vatican learns about Frankie’s plight, a high-ranking cardinal asks Rev. Andrew Kiernan to look into her cause. Soon after, Kiernan discovers the dark powers are at work, and he sets out to save Frankie from the entity that has been plaguing her.
