Young people want Hart because of his intellect, charm, and idealism, and he seems to have a straightforward route to the White House. All of that comes crashing down after newspaper reports emerge of an extramarital affair, prompting the nominee to fix a controversy that threatens to derail both his campaign and his personal life.
