The film follows documentary filmmaker Michael King (Shane Johnson), who is atheist and does not believe in God or the Devil. Following the unexpected death of his wife, Michael decides to make his next film about the search for the supernatural, putting himself at the center of the experiment, allowing demonologists, necromancers, and other occult practitioners to try the deepest and worst spells and rituals they can find on him in the hopes that if they fail, he’ll finally have proof that the supernatural exists. However, anything does occur. Michael King has been taken over by an evil and terrifying entity. And it isn’t going to let him go.
