Steve Barker, under duress from a selfish uncle and a mountain of debt, returns to an unthinkable, contemptible, just-crazy-enough-to-work plan. To rig the forthcoming Special Olympics and carry home the money, he pretends to be mentally challenged. When Steve’s rivals figure out the con, they motivate him to take on the most difficult task of all: being a better guy.
