Overview

A graduation class of “”less-gifted”” students in a private Versailles high school is the focus of the novel. Just a miracle has gotten the kids this far, and now they’re in serious trouble when a practical prank backfires and the whole school is blown up. They would appear in court for their penalty, which may not be more severe: if they do not pass their high school graduation tests, they will be sentenced to jail!
