Cyrus, a powerful gang boss, convenes a gathering of New York’s gangs to put their turf wars aside and gain control of the area. A competing king assassinates Cyrus at the conference, but the Warriors of Coney Island are wrongfully blamed for his assassination. The police and any gangbanger in town are on the Warriors’ tail before you know it.
