Overview
A government ban has brought the glory days of costumed vigilantes to an end in a grim and alternative 1985, however when one of the masked veterans is fatally killed, an inquiry into the perpetrator is launched. The reunited heroes set out to avert their own demise, but in the meantime, they discover a dark conspiracy that threatens mankind as a whole.
