Everyone is a witness because there is a crime in the streets.

Strike is a young drug dealer in the city who works for drug lord Rodney Little. Strike’s older brother confesses to the murder of a night clerk at a fast-food restaurant who was discovered with four bullets in his neck. Det. Rocco Klein, on the other hand, is skeptical of the tale and sets out to discover the facts, and it appears that all fingers point to Strike and Rodney.
