What motivates evil?
The story takes place in the fictitious Utah town of Santa Ynez, which is terrorized by a sinister black coupe that comes out of nowhere and starts mowing down pedestrians. Captain Wade Parent is tasked with stopping the murdering driver after the vehicle murders the town’s Sheriff.
