Overview
Clary Fray, an average adolescent in New York City, discovers she is born from a line of Shadowhunters, half-angel soldiers who defend mankind from dark powers. Clary joins up with a party of Shadowhunters and travels to Downworld, an alternative dimension riddled with ghosts, vampires, and a variety of other beings, after her mother vanishes.
