Assassin Joe (Cage) still makes use of the local population’s expertise while carrying out a hit. When Joe first arrives in Bangkok, he encounters street kid Kong, who becomes his primary assistant. When Kong is nearly murdered, he asks Joe to teach him the dangerous arts, and inadvertently becomes the victim of a gang of assassins.
