Deliver them from the clutches of evil.

After a fierce fight in the trenches of the First World War, a British Infantry Company is removed from their regiment. When the British troops want to return to their posts, they come upon what seems to be a bombed-out German trench, which has been deserted save for a few dazed German soldiers. After destroying the majority of the Germans and capturing one, the British company fortifies the trench in order to hold it before reinforcements come. Strange things tend to happen soon after, when a feeling of evil descends on the trench and the British turn on one another.
