Unexpectedly, a savior would emerge.
The illegal underworld in a community is home to a corrupt policeman, a gang boss, and the little girl they rape. It’s a world that ordinary Arthur Poppington doesn’t recognize or fit in, but one that he vows to save as he transforms into Defendor, a superhero super-hero of his own creation. Defendor, armed only with his bravery, takes to the streets to defend the city’s innocents.
