Overview
Munich, Germany, in the year 1923. Edward Elric has been ripped from his own world to ours for two years, leaving behind his country, his mates, and his younger brother, Alphonse. He has been studying rocketry with Alphonse Heiderich, a young man who resembles his own child, after he was stripped of his alchemical abilities, hoping to one day find a way back home. His attempts have been fruitless so far, but after assisting a distraught gipsy girl, Edward is thrust through a chain of events that threaten to destabilize all worlds. Meanwhile, Alphonse Elric explores the mysteries of alchemy in his own universe in quest of a way to reunite with his older brother.
