They’ve turned our planet into a battlefield.

There is a space somewhere in Tokyo. There is a black sphere in that space. People who could have died are moved to the space on a regular basis. The sphere equips them with unique suits and guns and dispatches them on a quest to eliminate aliens on Earth. The remainder of the planet is largely unaware of these missions as they are taking shape. These operations are dangerous, and only a few people make it out alive. The sphere is in control, and it isn’t particularly nice. Gantz is the name of the creature.
