Overview

Henri is a middle-aged writer whose creativity is waning and who hasn’t written anything noteworthy in years. He dreams of running away to start anew, feeling increasingly misunderstood by his wife and four grown up deadbeat men. However, after he finds an unattractive, bad-mannered dog in his backyard, he agrees to foster him, and the two form an unlikely relationship that irritates Henri’s family and neighbors.
