Matt Quigley, an American, responds to an ad for a sharpshooter placed by Australian land baron Elliott Marston to destroy the dingoes on his farm. However, when Quigley discovers that Marston’s true goal is the aborigines, he takes to the lane. In his cat-and-mouse game with the homicidal Marston, even American expat Crazy Cora can’t hold Quigley healthy.
