Polly and her boyfriend Seth opt to check into a hotel after their preparations for a nature trip go awry. Dennis and Lacey, two low-rent crooks, carjack and abduct the victims and their SUV and take them to a local gas station. They come across an ever-increasing army of pathogens along the way, and if either of them want to live, they’ll have to outsmart the deadly organisms.
