Eric, a 19-year-old who is disrespectful and abusive, is sent to the same adult detention institution as his estranged parent. Eric is contacted by a volunteer psychotherapist who operates an anger management group for detainees, as his fiery temper soon earns him enemies from both jail officials and fellow inmates — and his still tense relationship with his father is pushed to breaking point. Eric finds himself in a struggle for his survival, torn between gang politics, jail corruption, and a glimmer of something positive, unaware whether his own father is there to defend him or help in punishing him.
