Love is the one thing that is more risky than fighting.
The last thing Welsh poet Dylan Thomas and his flirtatious wife Caitlin anticipate as they arrive in war-torn London is to run into Dylan’s childhood sweetheart Vera. Despite her delight at seeing Dylan after such a long time, Vera is swept off her feet by a dashing officer, William Killick, and finds herself divided between her new found beau’s open adoration and the exotic Welshman’s wily charms.
