Since conducting an affair with an ambassador’s mistress, a British agent is exiled to Panama. He meets a local tailor with a shady background and ties to all of Panama’s biggest political and gangster personalities until he arrives. The tailor still has a wife who works for the president of Panama, as well as a large debt. The aim of the project is to find out what the President’s plans are for the Canal.
