Larry Donner, an author with a mean ex-wife, runs a writing class where one of his pupils, Owen, is fed up with his mother’s dominance. As Owen sees a Hitchcock classic that seems to mimic his own existence, he agrees to carry out the storyline of the film and offers to kill Larry’s ex-wife in exchange for Larry’s vow to assassinate his mother. Owen seems to have already put things in motion before Larry has a chance to respond to the proposal.
