Raimunda, her husband Paco, and their daughter Paula reside and work in Madrid. Sole, Raimunda’s niece, lives close by. The two sisters mourn their mother Irene, who died in a house fire alongside their father many years earlier. When a former neighbour from their hometown seems to have seen Irene’s spirit, the daughters are skeptical. However, after an assassination and a family loss, Irene’s spirit manifests around her daughters to console them.
