Aidan Bloom, a struggling actor, parent, and husband, is 35 and still searching for meaning in his life. Aidan whiles away his time fantasizing about becoming the great futuristic Space-Knight he’d always imagined himself to be as a kid. Aidan reluctantly decides to try to home-school his two children because his ailing father can no longer afford private school and the last remaining public school is on the last legs. Aidan eventually learns some of the pieces of himself he couldn’t identify by telling them about life his way.
