Overview

Dr. Jose Mireles, a small-town physician known as “”El Doctor,”” leads a civilian revolt in the Mexican state of Michoacán against the Knights Templar, a militant narcotics cartel that has wreaked havoc on the city for years. Meanwhile, in Arizona’s Altar Valley—a 52-mile-long desert corridor known as Cocaine Alley—an American veteran named Tim “”Nailer”” Foley leads a tiny militia organization called Arizona Border Recon, whose mission is to prevent Mexico’s drug wars from crossing our border.
