Overview
Simon Phoenix, a convicted rapist who was cryogenically frozen in 1996, breaks out after a parole trial in the utopian city of San Angeles in 2032. When the police are unable to cope with his suicidal tendencies, they refer to his captor, who had previously been cryogenically frozen despite being falsely convicted of murdering 30 innocent citizens while apprehending Phoenix.
