When a vigilante homeless man arrives in a new neighborhood, he finds himself engulfed in metropolitan anarchy, a city ruled by violence and ruled by the city’s crime lord. Seeing armed thieves, crooked policemen, exploited prostitutes, and even a pedophile Santa in the neighborhood, the Hobo decides to add justice to the city the only way he knows how: with a 20-gauge shotgun. When he wants to improve it for the next century, chaos ensues. Indeed, street justice will triumph.
