A man and his friends devise a complex and unique plot to kill two major arms manufacturers. Bazil, an avid moviegoer and video store clerk, has had his life almost destroyed by war bombs. In Morocco, his father was wounded by a landmine, and on one tragic night, a stray bullet from a nearby shootout embeds itself in his brain, putting him on the brink of death. After losing his work and family, Bazil wanders the streets before he encounters Slammer, a pardoned criminal who introduces him to a ragtag group of quirky junkyard traders, including Calculator, a calculation specialist and statistician, Buster, a world record holder in human cannonball feats, Tiny Pete, an imaginative craftsman of automatons, and Elastic Girl, a sassy contortionist. When chance exposes to Bazil the two gun makers who designed the instruments of his demise, he devises an intricate vengeance plan that his newfound family is only too eager to assist in putting into action.
